Premier Subdivisions Of
Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines
premiersubdivisions.info
The Philippine city of Santa Rosa in the province of Laguna is poised for
spectacular expansion over the next 20 years. Its prime location is between
the sprawling congested metropolis of Manila's National Capital Region and
all the exciting vast expanses of dynamic industrial, commercial, residential
and tourist developments now mushrooming throughout Calabarzon.
Sta Rosa City is in the right place at the right time to make an indellible
impact on the history of the Philippines in the 21st century.
INVITATION TO HELP BEAT CORRUPTION
Dear Fellow Believers in Christ Jesus!
Warm Greetings!
We are a group of Christians majority of whom reside in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Galvanized by our
collective desire to fight the most dreaded social disease afflicting our country called “CORRUPTION”,
we have decided to organize an NGO we aptly named Christian Initiative for Transparency and Accountability (CITA).
CITA was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission early this month.
We held the 1st CITA Convenors’ meeting last October 17, 2009 attended by the different church leaders from
the cities of Paranaque, Muntinlupa, and Las Pinas and the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon.
By the grace of God, the meeting ended with a very encouraging response from the participants.
We are all witnesses to the devastation that runaway corruption has wrought upon our people and our country.
Typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng spotlighted the urgency of taking immediate action against corruption. Surely, we
do not have to wait for the next natural calamity to happen before we are roused into collective action.
CITA views corruption as "SIN" and in obedience to our living and true God, the creator of all things
who hates "SIN", we believe we should vigorously and openly reject "CORRUPTION"
from the Barangay level all the way up to the highest office on the land.
CITA’s objectives are focused on educating the people on how we can
beat "CORRUPTION" as people who believe in the God Almighty.
In this regard, may we invite you to a forum dubbed as “Faith in Action - Beating Corruption” on
November 21, 2009, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, 4th Floor Humana Bldg., Tagaytay Road
(across Paseo de Sta. Rosa) City of Santa Rosa, initially for the residents of Paranaque,
Muntinlupa, and Las Pinas and the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon.
The subject of the forum will be the SLEX Toll Rates which we find exorbitant. We wish to assure you
that this forum will be free of any political biases. We look forward to your favorable support and cooperation.
Thank you and God bless.
Very truly yours,
PETE L. ILAGAN
President

THE EXHILARATION OF GO-KART RACING COMES TO STA. ROSA
The SouthKarting Raceway opened on August 15, 2009 at the parking grounds of South Supermarket
on the Old National Highway between Balibago Complex and the SM shopping mall.
Its tire-barricaded track spread out over the 2,000sqm of asphalt is filled with exciting twists and
turns to develop your driving skills and keep your adrenalin flowing.
The 9 high-speed karts give you the exhilarating feel of being a real race driver, and the cost is only P200
for about 12-15 laps for the average driver. Everyone must attend a pre-race briefing where
the company's very strict safety rules are fully explained.
SouthKarting Raceway is open 1pm-8pm every weekday except Monday, and
on weekends 9am-12noon and 2pm-7pm. It is intended to organize
tournaments there to promote Go-Karting and other motorsports,
and the track will also be available for corporate events.
